A previous thread I was thinking about installing saddle leather in a 2014. My next question is will a 2011 leather fit over 2014 seats. If not , what kind of mods would need to be done.

 

Pretty sure 2011 and Early 2012 cars do not have tilting headrests on the front seats. Your 14 definitely will. You would need the entire headrest to do the swap since the covers are completely different.

 

You are correct. I began searching after reading your response. That sucks. I have a couple of options. I can wait until some saddle leather becomes available for the 2013 +, change out the headrest to the 2011 model or pick up brand new replacement headrests in that color from ford. The easiest would be go with a set of 2011 headrests (assuming they fit in the sits). I would wait to see if any saddle would pop up for the 2013 but that would probably be a long wait since it is for a convertible.

 

I swapped my late 2012 leather covers with 2011 cloth. I used 2011 headrests. They fit fine. They actually look more sporty than the tilting headrests.
