Will 05-09 seat covers fit a 2010?

Does anybody know if 05-09 seat covers will fit a 2010 mustang? I have a chance to get some cheap leather covers off an 08 but don't know if the seats are the same or not.

Thanks

The seats are different.

There are quite a few cheap sets of take-off leather on ebay right now.

Yes they will but not the headrests, they are different, the rest of the internals are identical.
Power seat and manual seat covers are different from each other and are not interchangeable.

When I put 2010 OE leather seat covers on my 08 they fit perfectly with the only exception being that the holes for the headrest supports were spaced slightly different. The headrests stay in the down position all the time so they are not noticeable. 2011+ models have rear seat headrests and will have holes for them.

You also have to make sure you use seat covers that are designed for side airbags if your vehicle is equipped with them. OE seat covers for side airbags always have an airbag tag sewn into the seam of the upper side bolster.

Also, the rear seat covers between the convertible and coupe are not interchangeable because the coupes have split fold rear seats.

All the oem leather 2010+ seats are power on the drivers side and there have been plenty of people who have put the oem leather covers on their base cloth seats.

The rear seats of the 2011+ models have headrests which equals undesirable holes...

Bet you could get around the extra holes easily enough, especially for how cheap those covers were on ebay. One set was going for $249.

Those holes would drive me nuts. However I suppose one could sew them shut or stuff some black vinyl/leather material in the holes so they are not as noticeable.

Back when I got my take-offs just after the 2010 models came out, my set cost me $295. That was a steal because I originally wanted all leather but the sticker cost was more. When the new 2010 seat style came out I really liked the white stitching and preforated leather so for me it was worth the wait with the low cost and my own labor to install them.

You could put power on manual but not the other way around, The manual seats have a large whole that the power seat valance will not cover.
The attaching clips are also in different spots.

Top manual/Bottom power (both driver's side)
