Are you talking about the track apps? Unlikely. I'm guessing that you would need the proper main dash harness with the right connector to plug into the guage cluster. Also, you need the steering wheel with the switch on the left side that lets you toggle through the menu, also necessitating the proper harness.

 

Could be worth a try to switch with a friend for 2 min to see if it will work though!> hmmm

 

Interest in this...My dad's shelby has it and I actually like the track apps.
