Track Apps will appear in your cluster .. but it will not work without the new ABS module. Pretty sure that was thoroughly discussed in this thread. It was also mentioned early in this thread that the 2012 select buttons can control the menu.

Just so I'm 100%, I have a base 14 and putting in a Premium cluster does not require module programming? No as build has to be done also?

Onefastmf Nov 9, 2014 10:58 AM

I cannot gets pats to work, I did the earase of the keys and then when I get to the programming keys, it says tune key off, turn new key to on for 6 and then do same for next key, when I do that it says two keys have been programmed but also says to many keys cycles and security access lost and says to go though process again. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, please help.

Once you programmed the two keys, exit the PATS menu and re-enter it. Then do the parameter reset option, and you successfully done the PATS.

Anyone notice the link for as built data isn't working?

dmhines Feb 15, 2015 06:08 AM

Yes. Ford shutdown the build data site. Need ID and password now. Parties over. :(

EDIT: If anybody needs ASBUILT PM me the VIN you need the ASBUILT for. I will only get it for established members of this site.

I always knew Ford would close the door on us doing these sorts of mods. I think they closed it on us with the new VCM version as well.

It won't take time for someone to make a work around.... Give the chinese a little time lol

I have his cell # if you need it.

I just been to the as built site and got a as built version of a car. So it still works for me without login.

Never saw a part # .. I know Jim010 was sourcing them from old wiring harnesses.

Another update: You have to go manually into the link. Start the at motorcraftservice.com, then Quick Guides, then as built. Works fine.

You need males and females, I assume? I can certainly get you some from my old harnesses as Dan said - but as for ordering them, that would take some research.
