Rear Seat Delete

Can I delete the rears while still keeping the seatbelt buckles and harnesses? I am curious if I can install a delete, then put my kids carseats on top. It would give them and I both a lot more room for the longer road trips I think.

Nothing says you can't, the belts aren't connected to the seats, and the SAFE anchors are in the package tray and hoops bolted to the sheet metal, IIRC. But if they're just gonna use the seat belts... I guess it'd work.

My only problem is the geometry of where the kiddo seats are in relation to the current seats, and how the belts might 'react' with the kid seats new positions with seat delete. It *may* be a problem. I wouldn't actually know, and honestly, when it comes to those things... I think I'd rather not find out.

But that's just me.

Is it worth the risk to your kids? Please don't do this.
