New shifter & Shift ball!

Well its in....From the picture you see my custom ordered 2" white MRT shift all.
What u don't see is the AM/SR shifter underneath. I got it on a good deal (Thanks Hytek) and thought I'd try it....review on that coming soon. Should go well with my Steeda Shifter Bracket w/Black Bushing!

The shift ball is a beautiful piece, the "MRT" logo is a 3d effect set inside the ball itself. Hard to show in pictures, but it looks like the 1-6 shift pattern is "floating" above the logo. Great size too, bigger than my old ROUSH 1.75" ball and not near as big/gaudy as those 2.25"+ pieces.

Love the shift ball....the shifter is noticeably shorter throw. Not a ton though, great fro daily driver. There i s a little play in the shifter once its in gear though, not sure I like that too much. It is smooth shifting through the gear pattern though.

well that didn't last long....the shift ball remains but the AM/SR shifter is out. It was way too notchy, the reverse function didn't feel right and the wife immediately hated it (Not even knowing it was a different shifter) lol
