Neat feature I noticed on Factory Nav today
I had the Map on the display because traffic was crazy and I wanted to see if it would ever end. I normally just have a custom logo and the equalizer looking graphic in the corner.
I don't have POI graphics turned on so I just see streets.
However .. while drive the Fuel warning came on with 50 miles unitl empty. Immediately Gas Station only POI's started appearing on the Map ...
Pretty cool I thought.

I hate it, comes on too early. I live in California and I don't need a 50 mile reminder when there is 3 gas stations on every corner. What the should have done is let me set the reminder. Is that so hard, Ford?
That reading your texts thing can really get you in trouble. Make sure you realize who is riding in the car with you before you turn that on. Just sayin' ....

It also highlights Parking POI's when you've just arrived at destinations...
It's a really great system for the price. My parents' Edge + MyFordTouch is no where near as fast and friendly.
Also I would agree with the 50 mile warning. But not so much caring about setting it as its probably the same trip computer as other 05-10 generation Fords (which generally have a 300+ mile range)...
Rather would have Ford save me $20 than a specify a unique mustang-only trip comp

It's a little crappy in that it only shows messages but not who they're from and you cannot reply to them. Nevertheless it's safer than looking down at your phone.
