Before you tear the whole thing off get a 3m primer pen and use it on the areas that are lifting. You can get it on ebay for a couple bucks. It really makes complex curves stick well. I did the 3M Di-noc on my dash with the primer and had no lifting. Looks great by the way.
Not according to what was in Ford media information back when the 2010 interior was being profiled. Do you have a photo of your panels removed when you were wrapping them? And I do very much like the look of the wrap. I am curious about your observation of the panels.

They are the same panels in the 300A, 400A and 401A interiors just painted different colors. You guys really think they would give the 400A people REAL Aluminum Panels yet the 401A guys plastic coated dash panels for more money?
Have any one of you 3 actually removed and looked at them and not gone by a brochure?
This is the bottom corner of the instrument panel
Oh look, the ****s painted on..

Was this from the look of the back side?
No, I don't think the chrome is real metal. And I am just engaging in a conversation, not questioning your integrity. That is why I asked for the photos, since I don't plan to remove the panels in my car and would not mind seeing what's on the back side.
Since the order guides, reviews, and media release all took great pains to speak of the availability of "real" aluminum trim, I would expect those to be as such. The other dash colors (like the GT500 and Boss 302) I have not observed closely enough to make a comment on what forms the material. I have seen that referred to as "dark aluminum". And as there are other elements that make up the interior styling for the 401A versions, it would seemingly account for the cost differential.
As mentioned above, I have not removed them. To the touch, they feel like aluminum pieces. If it is merely a matter of marketing speak that identifies something that is a plastic form with a thin "coating" of aluminum-type material, then there is a bit of sleight-of-hand there.
I can't tell exactly what the part is in relation to what you are describing. If the perspective was a little further back, I would like be able to see what you are describing better.
