Leather Seat Covers
I have a base model 2011 V6 Mustang and want to change my beige cloth seats to leather. I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find the beige leather covers. Can anybody help, please?
Thanks

www.katzkin.com is the most reputable of leather seat cover manufacturers. It also might be worth checking with a local upholsterer who can make leather patterns from your original seat covers.

I have the exact same dilemma, I want leather seats too. Thought Katzkin installed by local shop is the way to go. I don't believe Ford has dealers install, unlike Dodge, which will install Katzkin leathers in your challenger.

I bought a set of Black w/ white stiching NTO from Shelby a month or so ago for $149. Great upgrade to the 6'er, but know that they do NOT give you the headrests with them.
Not sure if they get the beige ones in or not.

Katzkin is a great alternative. Although we don't have a Katzkin configurator on our website, we sell quite a bit locally to do-it-yourselfers and dealers. If you're interested shoot me a PM with what you're looking for and I'd be happy to quote it for you.

Deysha, I don't think anyone has that much money to spend!!!
This place: http://www.leatherseats.com/default.asp makes some really great looking leather upholstery in lots of different colors if you want something better than the OEM stuff.
Their ebay ad: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-2011-20...ht_2757wt_1185

I knew exactly what he meant without holding him to having to call it by the exact color name Ford gives it...
And be nice to Deysha... She is just doing her job promoting Ford parts and service as she is a representative of Ford.

I just swapped my cloth seats to leather for my v6. I got them from the Shelby store, and it included head rests.....easy to do by yourself. A lot of labor, and a pain, but not really hard to do. ( This coming from a guy who has troubles with just about everything )

I have Katzkin Saddle leather front, rear, and door panels. Beautiful soft leather. My 2011 GT originally came with OEM Black, I wanted to order a 2012 with Saddle, the Ford dealer made me an offer on the 2011 that included the install of Katzkin Saddle leather for the entire car. I love it. I recommend Katzkin.

Wow I didn't know you had the saddle seats added! That looks really good, better than OEM I'd say. The leather looks higher quality and darker, which is one thing that bothered me about the OEM offering. Nice!

Thanks, guys. It's really soft and high quality. Huge improvement over stock, rivals Porsche and Audi leather. And the matching door panels is a cool touch. Katzkin quality is excellent. When folks touch my leather at car shows, they can't believe it. And, best of all, I did not pay a dime extra for it! I have a terrific Ford dealer here in Nevada - they really wanted to get rid of their only remaining 2011 last year. I got lucky. Good luck with your upgrade, Chris.

Thanks, we really love it. Well...on Katzkin's website, my interior job costs $3000. I'm guessing my Ford dealer had to shell out $1500. I got lucky. I was all set to order a 2012 the way I wanted it, but the 2011 that they had sitting on the lot was fully loaded, just Black on the inside - I wanted Saddle. But they wanted it gone, so we made the deal.
