As a treat to myself, I decided to upgrade my shift ****. I found one of these on eBay and got it for a decent price:

I do. I had one and one of their short shifters. Top notch stuff. Very well made. The inserts if needed are all machined aluminum so there's no risk of cross threading as the shift ball is steel. Nice weight to it too. Worth the money. I should've kept at least the shift ball when I traded.
