HELP: how to remove rear seat head rests?????
#5
Ya they were really on there. I slid the upholstery up after removing the seats and pulled the foam out of the way to expose the sliding metal frame of the headrest. Looked at it for a few and could not see anything to loosen so I took a hammer and whacked the base of the sliding frame upwards (both sides) until it moved a few inches then slid it right out.
Went back together no problem lol. Nice and tight again

there is a release button up in the seat have to slide your hand up from the bottom of the seat and feel around it is on one side kind of like the front seats push in and they slide right out
