Any source for front headrests that are more straight up?

The stock ones feel like they lean forward too much.

 

There has been some discussion about this - search "head rest" in 2010+. You could try leaning the seat back, raising the head rest more, bending the head rest rods, turning the head rest around backwards, or substituting a headrest from a different Ford model...

I did the first two and it's better. I won't say perfect.
