Cost for leather
Roush sells take off leather interiors for $400 on ebay. You'd have to install it yourself or take to an upholstery shop.

You can also get custom leather from www.leatherseats.com for $699.
It's not actual leather in these cars anyway...it's rubber interior....if you are doing leather from you're cloth seats, take them to a shop and buy an upgraded leather material, not this rubber, fake stuff they consider leather....its like this mb-tex in the Benz in our factory leather cars.
www.katzkin.com. I used this company for leather in my F150 XLT. I upgraded to two-tone and got heated seats installed for $1300. Good quality, had them over a year. They are holding up great. Katzkin custom stitches to the manufacturers specs to give the oem look.
I got mine off ebay for $275 and a shop did the install for $300. Lance Cunningham is the vendor. They are for a Roush conversion and complete with headrest (front and back) in flawless condition. He currently only has 2011-12 but '13s are probably coming in very soon. I only had the shop do the install because I did not want to mess with the airbags. There a video on Motorz showing how easy it is! Very straightforward install with only about a dozen hog clips involved! Still not bad - $575 for $1,200 option

The '13 share the same seat except for the change in the headrest on the front seats. The '11 and '12 are identical to each other and have folding rear headrests. The '10 had integrated headrests so the rear seat back would be wrong for all newer years. The basic seat up until '11 ('05-'10) were the same design with the biggest different the color of the stitching. In '10 they went to white stitching which was pretty classy but may prove to be dirt magnets in the long run. You could use the '11s and '12s in a '13 but you would either need to buy just the headrest covers from Ford of pay a shop to make some which may be cheaper.
We upgraded the 6'er with the Shelby store take-offs and bought a set of the adjustable MRT headrests. Also upgraded the steering wheel / door handles / door sills to give her less of the rental car feel. The 'other-half' loves it and it looks OEM.
