What does that have to do with anything ?

If there is NO back seat, and NO seatbelts, what inspection station are you going to that would know the difference ?

You can daily a car with a 6 point, but if you have a 10pt with a halo, any accident can be fatal if you're not wearing a helmet. Even if you pad the bar, slamming into it can snap your neck.

Not worth it.

davet2000, by that logic if I removed the front passenger seat I could still get an inspection sticker. I don't believe they would give me an inspection sticker in this State if I did that. Maybe I'm wrong but I remember being refused a sticker for having a slight metal protrusion (very slight) on one fender after a minor fender bender. I may just call the rmv to ask.

I guess what I'm getting at is how would the shop know whether your car came with a back seat and seat belts ?

I have my Laguna Seca registered here in Mass., a few others were sold in Mass., and when I've gone for a sticker no where on the RMV computer at the inspection station did it say Laguna Seca 2 passenger, it comes up as 2012 Mustang.

What station or rather in what town are you going for a sticker that they are so **** they would look to see if the car has a back seat and seat belts as part of the inspection process ?

I've also got my 2000 Cobra R, no back seat or seat belts, registered and inspected in this state, and again, when going for a sticker, it comes up as 2000 Mustang.

I understand both these cars came this way from the factory, but it does not differentiate them in the RMV database when going for a sticker.

You need to find a new station to go to for inspections

I installed it in my '13 GT500 a few months back. Still pricey at $999 shipped, but I like it.
