Thanks for the info. It will really come in handy if I add the OEM nav and want to add some extra memory.

Well thank you for all the info. I think I got it all figured out now. All the songs are now there and playable. I was just impatient I guess!

I was also thrown off by the fact that the "cat/folder" will not work. You have to go in Sync and "explore USB" instead. Not very intuitive but working !

Thanks all.

One last thing, if I can push my luck !

I'd like to use Slacker with Sync. I read the manual, even the detailed guide online. I am hooking my iPhone with the cable to the USB. But I can't find "mobile apps" anywhere to install it. Any tips ?

Also, is there a way to show artists / song Infos on the display while streaming Bluetooth on the iPhone ? Both the music app or Slacker ? It does when on USB but I figure it's Microsoft getting even with apple ?!

Thanks guys

Using Glow box hidden USB to charge dashcam or other devices.

I had an issue, I connected my dashcam to the soccer in the armrest section, but all Mustang power outlets are always powered ON, so it may discharge your buttery.

So I used the hidden USB under the glovebox (SYNC), plugged Mini USB to USB female connector, and then just plugged in my dashcam USB into it, and now dashcam works only when the ignition is on and goes off when I am turning off the car.

If you want your devices working only when the ignition is on, (to avoid battery discharging) you can use this option as well. Works great. No need to mess with the fuse box, etc. =)

P.S I guess you can even plug in the USB hub if you need more than one USB port to use.
