Adding an aftermarket sub?

I was wondering if anybody added an aftermarket subwoofer to their factory Shaker 500 system WITH factory installed nav...

Wondering how easy/difficult it would be, as I wanted the Electronics Package, which is not available with the Shaker 1000 for whatever reason.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Here is one that Crutchfield has http://www.crutchfield.com/s_1369446...ox.html?tp=113 but I'm waiting for someone to write a review before I spring for it.

The 13W6v2 is an AWESOME woofer. It is still one of the best sounding subs on the market. The box fits perfectly, and as far as JL Audio prices, that really isn't a bad price for that woofer and enclosure. Only thing is, you'd need a amp to power it too. I would recommend some kind of signal EQ/processor to flatten out the factory EQ. JL also makes factory integration solutions, so check out the Cleansweep. Audiocontrol, Audison, JBL, Rockford Fosgate and Alpine also make their own variation on factory integration tools, that take the factory signal and clean it up. This will get you the best performance out of a) your factory audio, and b) your added on audio gear.

Has anyone checked for a wiring harness that would run to the factory Shaker 1000 sub in a Shaker 500 or Nav car?
