3M CF Vinyl interior wrapping

Did a bit of interior wrapping with some 3m vinyl I got on sale. I used the gloss black CF Scotchprint stuff, and I think it came out awesome.

It's not perfect, but it looks way better than stock, and didnt cost me hundreds of dollars to get them hydrocarboned.

Looks great! I assume you've done wrapping before?

That looks really good!

Did you have to use a heat gun? Where'd you get the wrap?

Looks great! Nicely done. The key is to not go overboard with the wrapping - looks like you've done just the right amount to make the interior pop.

Looks good! I have a GT/CS I wish they would have done the center console to match the dash and seats.

Nice work! Mine's the same way, but I didn't do the center section around the nav. I'm considering it, but can't decide. The plastic has some sort of staining on it so I want to cover or paint it, but hadn't come to a conclusion on what to do.

can you get a shot like mine, a bit wider covering the whole dash? I'm trying to decide if that center stack would be too much or not.

I'll see what I can do tomorrow when it's light out.

For those asking, I got it from Amazon. I had a Gift card. Just search 3m scotchprint.

Looks good! I have some of this I bought a while back. Been debating whether to do it or not. You may have helped sway me!

cool, thanks. Due to the staining (which has been there as long as I can remember) and Ford Customer Service's / Dealer's absolute distaste for me, I have to handle the replacement or refurbishment on my own.

I'm stuck between wrapping it, or having it painted piano black (saw that in a GT500, and looked great).

Steve, it definitely changed the interior looks. I like it a lot.

Some of the parts were a pain though. The drivers side mirror cover and the center console around the E-brake required a lot of heat and time.

Overall, I am really happy with the way it turned out, and especially for how much it cost me vs. having parts Hydrocarboned.

Good job!!! I'm liking this, but what are the drawbacks? Can it be removed without damaging the piece or is it permanent?

It peels right off and can be cleaned with a bit of goo gone to get rid of any leftover residue.

It's not permanent at all.

Mike you've inspired my next winter project lol.

How much did you get? I see a 60x12in sheet for $16+shipping on Amazon. Is that enough?

John, I got a 60x24in piece, and a 24x12in piece. I probably have about 30x24in left. I just didn't think the 12" width would be wide enough for the center console, and I didn't want to run out in case I messed up.

I will probably do my side splitters and front splitter with some more when I get those pieces.
