Cool Tinted my 2013 GT Fog Lights!

Had some left over fog light tint from RVinyl from when I tinted my headlights on my 2010 GT I had, it came with fog light tint. Decided to try it on the 2013. Install was fairly easy, but I've done this kind of thing before. Make sure if you do try and do it that you have a heat gun. The fog lights are contoured and it will not look good without heat to flatten the tint. But anyway I think it came out pretty well. Let me know what you think!

your car is coming along very nicely! I'd paint those vents with real paint next. They're dipped right?

How did you get the tint on? I had such a hard time doing this. Ended up using vht night shades and now my gigs are useless.

Anybody notice the quality of the detail work RCE Eatr did with his car ?

How about the stones reflecting on his bumper ? That is just amazing........excellent-excellent work RCE Eatr.

I'm sorry, but I just had to bring that to everyone's attention.--------Bill

It's VERY hard to do if you don't have a heat gun... You need to heat it up for it to match the contours of the lens.

Thank! I have to say though, the car was FAR from detailed when I took the pics... I just am decent with editing photos

Man I don't know why more people don't have it though. I mean I typically like the 11 and 12s better, but your car is about the only one to change my mind

Btw OP, if you look through the SEMA pics, it looks like 3D Carbon is making a splitter for your chin spoiler. Look for the red/yellowish gold striped GT with yellow mesh wheels! It has the side splitters and a front splitter which looks like the '13 GT500 splitter...

Hmm I haven't seen any with the street scene front chin with a splitter, just the 3dcarbon front chin with a splitter... Link?

Check out the SEMA pic thread in the general 2010+ section...the 3DCarbon looks just like the Street Scene one, at least in pics. I'd imagine 3DCarbon makes it for SS...
