Have you noticed any increase in gas mileage, or ride feel?

No not really, I did it strictly for looks.

Probably going to get this and install when the weather gets warm. Any issue with clearance on speed bumps or driveways?

"Normal" size speed bumps no, but I still usually do speed bumps at an angled approach. "Normal" driveway inclines no, but a steep incline yes it will scrape.
Hope this helps.

I'm traveling for work this week so I won't be able to measure, but take a look at the pictures on page 1 of this thread maybe that will help.

Is $250 a decent price to get it painted? One shop quoted me at $250 and another at ~$500. I'm still waiting to hear back from two more.

$250 would be the most I would pay. $500 is ridiculously high. I believe I paid $200 ~ $220 from a chain body shop and they did an excellent job. Are these quotes just to paint or to paint and install, because of course that would make a difference.

Just to paint. Install isn't hard, right?

Install is easy, make sure you test fit first. Make sure you do all the 3M tape prep work (clean area and use 3M adhesive promoter). It would be good if you had another person so you can line up both sides perfectly but I was able to do it by myself with no problems. You're going to be drilling two screws on each side of the inner wheel well. I think you could get away with just turning your wheels to the extreme right and left to do this but I just removed the wheel to drill.
