retrofit 13/14 taillights to 10-12 with gap: fixed
OK, lights and the trim arrived. I also got the glossy trim piece to go with it.
I think I quite like it. It really does change the look of the back, though. Gives the rear a more aggressive look.
Only took me 20 min. The trim is held onto the bottom of the lights by 3m tape.
The lights were scratched up, but I used 3000 grit sand paper to sand them out and then polished them. Scratches are gone.

That is not bad. It blends better than I thought. I don't mind leaving it in gloss black either, though.

I'm in the mountains right now with the family using her SUV. When I get back on monday, I'll snap close ups for you. They look SOOO much better after sanding and polishing.
