Went with the similar setups but included the Laguna Seca brake duct

 

So guys with the standard GT front bumper that then upgraded to the CS front lip... I need some help answering this question.

Is the fog light area the same size? The highlighted areas (in green) on both front end versions, is this recessed area the same width/height?

I will be installing these soon as they're on order... the ultimate plan is still to put that CS lip on some day and what I ultimately want to know is if I will have any fitment issues with the CS lip that I dont have with the standard GT Lip.


I plan on recessing them in much further as for demonstration purposes they only layed them on the surface of that area..

Just trying to get an idea of what I'd be working with with that CS lip since I do not plan on buying the version with fog lights unless these will NOT work on it eventually.

How was your experience at kearny Pearson? I bought my gt/cs last week from them and they weren't the greatest, but far better than previous car purchasing times I've had

 

no one has both or has done both and can tell me if that are was reduced in sized or changed in size in anyway with the CS lip?

Here's my finished body mods front, side,and rear. Grille, lower valances, trunk panel, tail light trim, front and side splitters.


Still would like to paint the lower pieces body color this winter.

The ever so popular CS lower valance and the not so popular 3" cowl hood.

 

meh, i like the 3 inch hood.. looks nice, fits the car.

 

can i ask where you picked up your light-less CS front lip? ever thought about putting the ford racing brake cooling kit since you're not putting the lights in?

Kinda wierd seeing a GT/CS lower valance and splitter on the roush but they look great with the billet grill. That's the one thing I don't like about my roush fascia the 2 grills are going to cost me almost $500. I could get them cheaper but I want to make sure the spacing of the bars matches.

 

My car came with the stock GT nose. I didn't want to spend the money for the Roush front bumper cover, paint, etc. (More money left for performance mods!)

 

Definitely know what you mean! i only got mine because it was already painted for $350. Before I found that I was looking at the GT/CS fascia as well. It looks awesome on yours for sure!

 

With the RTRs I am glad I went with the cs/boss fascia and splitter, I like my two tone look the glass roof helps too!!
