Thanks ... I got a lead on them from a friend, they were at a local tire place for a crazy deal since they were previously installed on tires and the machine put an extremely thin scratch on them as it was installing the tires, You almost have to look with a magnifying glass to see it, but the customer was a ball-buster and made them get him new wheels.

I couldn't pass the deal ... almost-invisible scratch, less than half price of new ones

I recently bought a set of '10 GT500 forged 19 x 9.5's for my '11 Sterling Grey 5.0L. Almost the same wheel as Gabe's 18 x 9.5's, but an inch bigger diameter and barely different spoke. I bought tri-bar center caps (vs the SVT caps). Wrapped them in Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric All-Season tires (255/40 fronts and 275/40 rears). I think these wheels go very nicely with Sterling Grey, just like on Gabe's '13....

I actually want to get different center caps since the SVT ones don't belong on my car ... where did you get the tri-bar ones?
Are there other options for these wheels?

I ordered 3 different sets of center caps before I got the right ones. The ones that fit the SVT wheels are the "big" center caps that came with the 2001 Bullitt Mustang wheels (not to be confused with the small caps that came on the later 2008-9 Bullitt Mustangs). The 2001's are very high quality with the clear acrylic over the whole pony & tri-bars so they look like they're under glass.

Cool, but $50+ each is too much for me, at least that's what a quick search just bought up.

Just started a separate thread about center cap options ... American Muscle has some cheap options, but I didn't like any of them ...

Gabe - How do the wider 18" wheels and tires ride and feel compared to the factory Brembo wheels and tires?

That Grey is looking better all the time! Needs to be a little bit lower.

Very similar. Haven't tried to see what it can do in the corners yet since new tires generally need some mileage to break-in and clean off whatever coating they come with from the factory, but I will soon.

Thanks, and the height is perfect in my eyes.

You should go on the Spring Mustang cruise posted over on AFM. Then I can see those new rims in person. When are you gonna order the MGW?

I was able buy the whole set of caps for about $90. Our Ford parts department searched dealer inventory nationwide for a set that had been sitting on a shelf too long and that dealer had them offered at 50% off. Took a couple weeks to get them shipped from the stocking dealer to my dealer, but worth the savings.
