Painted side rocker panels

So here is a before and after pics of my painted rocker panels. I still dont have the roush splitters on yet. Paint dude said let it air out for a bit before you put them on.

My pictures suck- very hard to grab a good pic of the newly painted pieces cuz of the shadows.

it needs to be lowered a little and what do you guys think about a lower strip along the bottom- like the roush stripe? to break up all the grey.

Before

After

No he didnt really tell me in detail the process- but the rear valance did take him 3 weeks between all the coats of primer he had to use. He mentioned a prep kit but thats about it.

Yeah, u local too? I can't tell from the mobile app. I thought about painting them, but I like the carbon fiber too. Maybe next spring I'll do something with them. Was it expensive to get yours done?

Looks great! The color of the car is so close to the color of the plastic its hard to tell unless you are up close. I think the Roush splitters will break things up a litte on the bottom. I dont know about the stripe though. Maybe try to Photoshop it on there or something!

You're wife totally photobombed you! LOL

Yep... I love your car. I saw a 13 in SG roll by on the highway and seeing it sold me on the color. I love white and black, time to hit the middle.
