Wanted, I recall you JUST got your car recently. I see you are already modding. Attaboy. . What else you got done? That cover looks good tho! How much was that if you don't mind me asking?
I have boss covers right now and was thinking of painting the spare covers I have in kona. But maybe I should do the whole cover instead. Looks expensive tho.

Great job Jim. I'm motivated to do the same. Same color too. Everything under the hood looks to be pretty much stock, but I think if you had to do one thing to make a great sunrise in the engine compartment, you just did it. Thanks for the PM too. Dave

The cost was reasonable. The process took a little time, he had to use an adhesive promoter after throughly cleaning the cover. Then the color, and two coats of clear. Whole thing was $150, not to bad if you say it real quick. I now need to wait a little while before I suggest another mod. Being the Wifey's car, she needs to be brought along slowly to accept anything else. Yep, I'm "Married Man", see me cower.........
As far as the heat, I've known the body shop guy for many years. I feel that if heat would cause problems he would have told me. Here's hoping.
