I really like that front chin spoiler which I'm adding to my list of mods. Now I believe the answer is kind of obvious but I need to ask anyways, does it reduce ground clearance a little? Planning on lowering my car 1 to 1.5" so if I also add the chin spoiler that could be a concern.

ehh the contrast is what makes them look decent. certain angles of the wheel make them look good. however overall it's not as nice.
I did the dual conversion on my '10 V6. Using a stock GT lower valence, and 2010 GT mufflers, it really improved the looks IMHO. These tips look a lot better than the '11 V6 mufflers/tips.
Yes i"m aware of that, and that's my next step. Either get a axle back kit or buy some bigger tips. i'm just not sure what size the stock tips are and what the max i can fit in the openings.
