New mods

I painted my calipers red and put on a new decklid panel. I'm still waiting on the brembo decals to get here. I also installed the CDC grill, but I don't have a pic yet. The caliper paint was very easy to work with, I just hope it lasts.

I'm not sure wether I like the decklid panel or not. At night it looks really grey, but during the day it looks much darker.

Well it definitely takes some ***** to mess with Brembos like that, I hope it lasts too or else you just totally messed them up. The caliper paint looks good so far though, you will probably be ok.

They won't last forever. When they start to chip or peel, I'll get them powder coated most likely.

I was really nervous to paint the brembo's btw. It took me about an hour to convince myself to do it.

Is the new decklid panel just as concave as stock just without the faux gas cap? It looks good btw!

It's not. I wish it was though. I wanted the CDC one that they made for the rtr cars, but CDC said they would have it the week I called, and that was about 2 months ago, so it looks like they ran into some production issues.

Which caliper paint did you use and how did you apply it?

not a fan of the decklid because it loses the concavity. But nice job painting the calipers

Duplicolor kit. Clean caliper very good, taped areas I didn't want painted and applied 3 coats with brush.

nice. I've done the same before, but not on the brembos. They look very good and now I have the confidence to paint my brembos as well.
