My Exterior mods
This thread has inspired me to buy a trufiber hood for my mustang. That hood is amazing! But, from the pics, and this might just be the light, it doesn't look like the paint matches the color of the car. If you look at the grill surround and the lip of the hood, they look totally different. The hood looks pink-ish.
Question for the op. how much did you spend on painting the hood? I just purchased a similar hood and I'm looking into the painting process. Did they have to blend the paint into the fenders? I love what you have done to this car, it looks great man!

I think a LOT of women wouldn't give him the time of day because of it. Maybe 'ruin' was a poor choice of words... but if I'd seen that sticker first I wouldn't have noticed anything else about the car. As they say, to each his own.

On some cars, I think the sassy sticker motif fits - VWs, old school imports, mini trucks, but not Mustangs. I am also a fan of combining styling elements from different car enthusiast communities, but I've grown out of the sticker phase.
We Harley riders like to put those kind of stickers on our helmets - but never on our bikes. I think it is a matter of the message from the sticker distracting from the statement being made by the car (or bike).

OP... What inspired you to put the stickers on? Was it the deep heritage that one guy schooled us on? Or did you have a bad experience taking a fat chick home after a blind date?
