Yes, they can. They may write you again with a fine, or, if they pull you over again, they'll write you up for obstruction of view. That's a 2 point violation and $150 fine.

Depends on the law I think. In MI we can't have anymore than a 4" strip adjacent to driver/passenger windows tinted. I ended up getting tint insurance through this place in case of a citation.

I got pulled over on I-94 the day after I had mine installed (35%). Been paranoid since.

MB has Magic Sky control which is basically electronically controlled tint. You apply a voltage and the glass darkens on the roof. It's out there already.
