And btw, Greg at cruizin concepts is PHENOMENAL at his customer service and advice.

Where'd you find the weight info for the Milans? I had to call mht directly :(

But yes I love them... It totally transformed my car.

Btw I don't care for that wheel you attached in your link. Sorry.

Found the weights here:

I like them too and I like the 305 tire on them.....I just don't think I could deal with the tire sticking out like that. It really needs to be a 45mm or 50mm offset or a different tire profile. Just not many options for 20" drag radials.

FromZto5 3/10/14 12:49 PM

^ it sticks out .25" or so... maybe less. But believe it or not, that's the look I actually wanted! :) I know it's a preference thing. But to me, it just looks menacing. I love it. Hence why I purposely found a wheel and tire setup to get what I was going for. It screams muscle.

I like the look as well Z! Wide rears just look so mean, especially when your behind a car that has an 10" plus rear tire.

:nice: We will be getting 6" of snow tomorrow so I won't be doing any detailing anytime soon. :(

We are supposed to get 2 inches tonight too, but it will be 50 degrees by Thursday - Friday. So it will be gone by then...

We are probably getting snow in April. She will go back to trickle charge and the snowblower will moved back close the the garage door. 2014 winter really sucks for me now.

FromZto5 3/11/14 07:53 AM

^ man... I thought Iowa weather was bad. You guys have it worse :( Sorry man. But yeah, I think the snow is over, at least for us.... 50 degrees Thurs - weekend...

TheDivaDanielle 3/11/14 10:27 AM

high of around 70ish here today in DC. the only detailing the car is getting is a trip to the car wash.

Waiting on my Roush front splitter and my wind deflector to arrive, so I have no *car* stuff to do.

Ok… it's about time I posted for real, and contributed to this thread :) Finished my install yesterday, test drove today, no issues. Love the new setup. Niche Milans, 20x8.5 front with a 35mm offset wearing 255s nitto nt555, 20x10 rear with a 40mm offset wearing 305 nitto nt555r drag radials. Thanks to those who helped me select the right wheel, setup, etc etc.

Nice wheels, love the car!

OTOH, not much of a challenge to dunk when the hoop is set at 8 foot. :D

Thanks man!!! I actually might get to drive her today, since it's been 50 for the last couple of days, so hopefully the snow and puddles have tapered out. It's date night with the wifey tonight, and gramma is coming over so we will see.

As for the hoop being low, that's for my kids!!!! (A whistling sound and nervous eyes break the silence........) :jester:

I agree. So when are you going to make yours look like that? :poke:
I saw a black 2012 GT/CS vert at a meet in 2011 and when I saw the 2013 PW GT/CS, I decided to trade in my 2010 Fusion Sport.

Finally I ended up with this.

Mikey!!! Beautiful! Same tire sizes and brand as mine??? Nitto drags rear and extreme up front? 305 and 255?

One last advice as I'd hate to see this happen to you... Please be VERY VERY VERY picky about the shop that does your install of wheels and tires together. One scratch on that thing and...... :(

I already made one shop buy me a new set for the scuffs they did on my wife's wheels.

Yes sir. I'm waiting on a 2.9L Whipple, so I figured the drag radial was the way to go. For the wheel and tire install I think I'm going to a shop down the street called Rim Tyme. They do custom wheels and tires, powdercoating, wheel repair, etc.
