Halo headlamps for the '13

I've had a set of their HIDs on my '07 Charger, one of the bulbs started changing color after about a year, then after I get a new one from them (warranty but I did have to pay first for the new one then get reimbursed on the credit card), the other one started doing the same thing.
Lots of people with their LEDs are having flickering problems, I did too, and some of their LEDs were not working right out of the package. Their Halo sets were known for having lots of issues, some with the ballasts, some with the bulbs themselves falling apart, falling off their mounts (which makes the owner have to take the headlight apart again to re-mount or replace - something that on a Charger means you have to remove the complete front bumper cover to have access to the headlights)
I've lost faith in them being able to put out a quality product.
As for the customer service, I had to ask repeatedly for a printed or e-mailed receipt when I originally bought the HID kit from them, and it was over $200 for it ... it was one of the first 50w 6000k kits on the market, and they certainly were getting all the money for them. They were supposed to be plug-and-play ... yeah, right. I still had to install the full harness, and leave one stock connector unplugged and taped off, which after 2 years or so became corroded, so when I returned the car back to stock headlights, meant that I had to clean the hel| out of that connector and pack it with dielectric grease to get it to work again ...

That is cool .. but no way am I melting open a $750 headlight X 2 ..
I also notice they list 2010-2012 Halos .. but for the Non-HID headamps .. I assume 2010-2012 HID cars can use the 2013 kit ..

Maybe track down the company that makes the ones that BMW is using?
