gt/cs hid fog lights not working

I installed a hid conversion kit 35w 4300k for the lower fog lights but when I leave the auto headlight and fog light switch to the on position and start the car, only one side of the fog lights turn on. If I push the fog light switch on and off a couple of times then both will work. If I turn the car off and then restart the car right away with head lights and fog lights in the auto position, it will all light up. However, if I turn the car off and restart the car an hour or so later, it does the same thing again where only one side of the fog lights turn on. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue with my CS hid's and it is due to the low volts from the auto on lights. Thinking about running a relay and their own power source.

Wouldn't the relays that came with the hid kit be sufficient enough?

Voltage draw from the starter is not letting the HID get enough voltage to start. The Headlamps work of a circuit that is not keyed so they fire right off where the fogs are keyed thus losing voltage when the starter engages.

Thanks guys. I guess it's not that hard to pull the fog light switch manually.
