Grille Removal - 2013
The lowers are one-piece and you remove them from the back, I'm assuming.
A pic of the new ones that I'm assuming you're getting, from HERE :

Just a 35w 4500k kit from DDM tuning. I have a feeling it's going to be whiter than the headlights, and I'll need to replace the stock bulbs with something off their shelf that is "4500k"
btw... le vroom.

BTW, I installed the fog light kit today. Front end really looks perfect now, except for that lower grille. My question is how the hell do I get that lower grille off? I tried to just yank if off like the upper, and there was no way it was coming off, at least that easily. I know I'm pretty dang weak, but still.......
Bumping this just cuz I'm now thinking of certain grilles which will require the bumper to be removed, and I saw the video linked earlier in the thread AND the video below which makes it seem pretty easy, but I'm wondering if I can remove the bumper with the lower splash shield still attached to it if I just undo the rear bolts that hold the shield to the car.
I have the Roush chin splitter installed which requires sandwiching the splash shield in-between the Roush splitter and the remaining part of the OEM splitter, and I'd really rather not take those things apart at the bottom of the bumper cover ...

I just did the grills on my daughters 13, V6. Thinking about it, I wouldn't see any reason you couldn't leave it attached at the front and take the bumper cover. The only thing I can think of is the added weight along the bottom of the bumper cover as you remove it. As long as its supported or you have a set of helping hands I don't see why it wouldn't work.
