Got some new wheels yesterday
Got a great deal on some genuine 2010 19x9.5 forged GT500 wheels wrapped in Continental Extreme Contacts. Two of them have rash, but only one of them is really bad. Fortunately, a clean fifth rim was included in the deal. I'm taking them to my wheel guy and he's going to get them looking good as new. The fifth wheel is a different shade of paint, so I'm probably just have it painted to match and keep the badly rashed wheel as a spare. Hope you guys like them.

Thanks, bud. Yeah, I didn't think the five spoke nickel plates were ugly, just uninteresting. That's the issue that I have with most stock Mustang wheels. I love the Brembo/Track Pack wheels, but those are the only ones. I was originally going to get a set of those, but then these babies fell into my lap.

Yeah, I'd have to say that it's a coin toss between the two. I just had to grab these because they're so rare. Brembos are readily available so I could grab a set another time to have as a second set. As soon as I get the finish restored on these and the car washed, I'm taking her to some good parking lots I know and doing an iPhone photo shoot. :P

Nice! I always loved those wheels. I looked for a set for awhile, but I've decided on something other than OEM. I have always had Cobra wheels on my other Mustangs, so I want to try something different this time.
My stock Track Pack/Brembo Pack wheels will be for sale soon. I was going to ask $700 plus shipping for them. They're not perfect, few chips and scratches from 6k plus DD highway mileage, but zero rash and I keep them clean, Griot's wheel cleaner every weekend, with a coat of CG wheel sealer as well. I'll post pics in a couple weeks when they're off the car. I'd give them a 8.5/10.

Nice! That's how much my guy's charging me to repair mine. He said he could repaint entirely, but it would be twice as much. But he was confident that they'd look amazing after doing the repair. I just wasn't prepared to pay $400 today. I was ready to do half of that.
