Found a solution to the 13 to 10-12 tail light change.

Here is a possible solution to the issue with putting the 2013 tail light on our 2010-2012 cars. American Muscle is offering a trim for the 2013s. All we need to do is get the manufacturer or some one to modify it for our cars and there you go gap solved. I think they look pretty good. They offer the painted so you can get them body color or black if you want.

When I saw this photo I started humming "love shack" by the B-52s. Yes that photo looks very 90's and reminds me of better days in high school.

I think the problem some folks here are having with it is the fact that the trim is in sharp contrast tot he rear panel. If the rear panel was body color instead of black, or if the light trim was black, it would look better. (And for the record, I suggested this a few months ago...)

Duh, then you just buy the black overlays and not the body color ones. Seems like a pretty simple way to fix the gap issue for the tail lights. Its better then waiting on raxiom to come out with them (Which btw I don't have much confidence in them after their horrible aero tail light design). And not to mention it took them what.. 3 years to make those? No thanks.

The original piont of this thread was to show the 2010-2012 users a possible option for the issue with using the 2013 taillights on our cars. If we could get the manufacturer or someone else to make a version that would fit the kink on our bumper then we would not have to purchase the bumper cover as well.
