Ford Racing wheels
I am thinking of replacing the unbalanceable TIS 20 inch wheels that came on my 2012 from the dealership with a set of black 18 inch Ford Racing wheels.
Anyone on here have FR wheels?
How do they ride? Any balance issues at all? Since they are produced by Ford, I would think they should mate well with the car.
Please give some advice.

They are aftermarket wheels that Roush used in 2011 on the "dub edition."
They are impossible to balance, and create a constant, annoying vibration in the steering wheel and throughout the seats.

Unfortunately, wheels are only half that battle. You need good quality tires if you want to avoid tire balance and cold flat-spot issues.

I know we are addressing balancing issues here, but also check if the brake retaining clips were removed...aftermarket wheels will have issues at 60+ mph if they are still on:

I just got a set of wheels and tires from AMR and there was a little shimmy in the steering wheel at speeds over 50 mph. As nuts as it sounds, I pulled the fronts last night and took off the clip mentioned above, put it back together torqued it all down and much to my surprise it made a vast improvement. Thanks for the tip. Much appreciated.
