Do you think that this would improve the look of the tail lights?

I would recommend against them. We bought a set because we were hoping to "shortcut" production costs for something we're working on and use these as part of something bigger, but they don't fit well enough to mee our standards. As usual, someone wasn't paying attention to plastic shrinkage rates, and the angle formed by the pieces is incorrect compared to the taillight, hence they want to pull themselves off given the chance. That, and I agree, in black they wouldn't look bad, but they still didn't accomplish that too well either. So... as usual, if you want something done right, do it yourself - which we are.
More to come as it becomes available...

Yeah, I would like to see the trim in black and made to match the CDC style filler panel for the decklid, make it look more even and cohesive across the back.
The way the decklid doesn't match the contour of the taillights is one thing that really bugs me about the back of the car.

SHR makes the best stuff! I have their flush mount louvers, honeycomb rear panel, front grill inserts, billet fuel door & e-brake handle. It will be worth the wait for their 2010 tail light trim. Excellent craftsmanship.
Thanks
We're working on the 2010 stuff, but like many in this economy, the lead times get drawn out because you have to finance the whole shooting match before the first part ever comes off the tool.
I have heard *rumors* of a pre-order program similar to our original honeycomb panel, louvers, and grill inserts... but I can neither confirm nor deny them at this time

LOL... It's good to know that having a reputation isn't always a bad thing !
We are actually considering it. The honeycomb prototype starts in a couple weeks, it should be a good representation of the production piece when we are done - we're currently thinking there will be about 35 hours of 3D machining on it to produce the one. Once the prototype is done, we can start to look at time frames for production and start laying out the details to do a pre-order.
We've got another 2010 piece coming out way before the honeycomb though - samples from finishing will be shown here shortly as we will do a pre-order for them! Fit is awesome on it, better than I thought it would turn out! Release is in late July if the finishers do their job on schedule

No, to be honest we've got the honeycomb one that matches the factory sides and protects the radiator / condenser, and that's the only one we'll be doing for GT/CS.
Now are we talking about the '11 ? If so, we'll have to see about that.

11 CS - we may do something for it depending on if there is enough demand for it. Ammortizing tool costs over "special edition" cars is tough, so we normally wait to make sure it's not a one-year only deal before investing in tooling for big ticket items. Just being honest here on this for you.
Steve, looking good! We're going to "fix" the 10+ cars soon enough
