Engine bling and blackouts

Added the new strut brace and coil covers. I also painted the hood vents and faux gc ring.

I like the vents, trim ring out back feels like too much.

I like it all, except maybe the stripes, but I've never been a fan of stripes.

How did you tackle the ring out back? Did you do it on the car or remove it for the painting?

And what paint did you use?

Thanks Bill! Gabe, I just taped it off and used a satin flat black paint.

Definitely looks good TommyV.
If I may ask, do the Ford Racing coil covers have a textured finish to them?

Yes they do, it actually matches the strut brace.

Underhood looks really nice, bit i could do without the stripes as well, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Great work my friend.

I like how you did the faux gas cap, definitely tones down that giant chrome ring.

Hey, I'm in San Diego. No real tracks around here. They have SCCA events at Qualcomm Stadium, but I would have to go to Riverside for the good stuff.
