It's certainly different! Could be pretty cool with the right set of wheels. I made those stripes look more realistic for you to help with your decision.

Thanks, that looks much better. Now where do I find someone who sells them? I got the silver ones from AM and installed them myself. There's a thread in here somewhere about it. If I change them out I will do a thread about removal as I haven't seen one yet.

Maybe, if you had other green accents on the car, but I'm not a fan.

Maybe... if you lived in Seattle, Washington (or if you happen to be a long-distance Seahawks fan ). I like the thin stripe theme, though.

I think it's great! They are just vinyl stripes. Rock them for a year or two and then swap'em for a different color. Or on a hot day just pull them off in your driveway.

Heck! Two tone them with white a outline or a urban camouflage with that green and a orange. Superhero logos, flame stripes, tie-dye, paisley, your Scottish clan colors, anime chick looking out from the stripes, eyes, swords, guns, waffles, The URL to your favorite **** site... okay maybe I went too far. Just do it up! Make it yours!

Any local Vinyl shop can print them out or order you a solid color. Not a big investment for being a one of a kind.

What about leaving the silver stripes, but adding a green pin stripe on the outside?

Pics of these suggested wild stripes on your car?

You bet! Send me the cash and I'm sure we can work something from that list on to my Mustang. I'll be waiting.

My point was to inspire not direct.

I like where you are going! You got my head working now. What if the pinstripes start parallel on the outside of the larger stripes and about mid-hood take a 45º turn and run to the inside of the stripes until trunk lid where it would transition to the outside of the stripes again? I think that would work with a gt500 spoiler or no spoiler at all. Not sure how it would layout otherwise.

I didn't say you were directing.

I just figured you're suggesting to him to put "Super heroes or Waffles" on his car that you probably had some pretty insane stripes on your car. I was curious to see them. That's all

This thread went to poop pretty fast. LMFAO. Opinions are like buttholes. Everyone has one and most of them work correctly. They would be paired with some Lime green HRE Flowform wheels and a nice drop. For the record I'm a diehard Seahawks fan and have been for the last 25 years. Not why I bought this color or thought of using green. Same color pallet, cold colors. It would be like having a red car and using orange. I appreciate that you all too the time to post and share some ideas. Keep them coming. Thanks.

I have thought of using a green pinstripe but that's depending on if I can correct the damage that my stripes have sustained from the weather for the last two years. I worked on the hood and it worked for the most part but some damage I couldn't correct because it's vinyl.

Try Rocky Mountain Graphics. I just ordered some hood vent inserts from them.
