I ordered the boss splitter from these guys on May 26th.
They charged my CC pretty quickly, and promised me a tracking number, but it's coming up on two weeks now and no tracking number or splitter.

I've emailed them twice, and also tried contacting them through their website.
Nothing.
I'm about to dispute the charge on my CC.

Odd, I've had great service with them otherwise.

They ship direct from manufacturer, but thats still no excuse to not answer your questions.

I bought mine from a dealership direct with the help of another forum member here. Cost 162 after tax. Maybe look into that route and get your CC charged back

Just got a reply.
They said it is on it's way to their warehouse from the manufacturer, and once they get it they will send tracking info.
2-10 business days, usually.

Not sure why it just didn't come direct to me.
Save the extra stop at their warehouse.

I just hope it has the mounting hardware....I've heard the stories.

Ford's packaging with these is pretty terrible. I was lucky, most of my hardware was included, but I did have to stop at a hardware store for the other half..

I purchased 3 items from them = my Boss/CS front valance, Boss splitter, and GT500 rear valance.
Let's just say that I'll never purchase anything from them ever again.

I had similar experience as yours. Charged CC right away; waited 2 weeks and I still had nothing. They didn't respond to any emails.
Finally after another full week I emailed them a final time to say I was calling my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Then I got an email about "oh your shipment was lost in transit, we're getting another one shipped to you". I asked for tracking #s on the original shipment as well as the replacement shipments, and of course got none.

Fortunately a few says later the parts arrived. I was going to do a post on here warning others away from this joker, but it slipped my mind.

On the good news side = there was hardware with the splitter, so yours will likely have it too.

Wait. Doesn't 'most' = 'more than 50%'? There's something wrong with the math here somewhere...

As long as its here by the 20th, when my car goes in for a bunch of stuff, I'm ok.
My experience is playing out about the same as yours. Two weeks since order placed, no tracking number.
American Muscle, Tousley Ford...their stuff all came within a week!

Funny how an email saying "reverse the CC charge" gets a response out of them.

Within 30 minutes I had a response with tracking number.

This is old now but I also have some feedback . . . I made a large order with them on a Thursday in either April or May (x2 gt500 rear valance, x2 CS front with fogs, 1 boss 302 front splitter). I didn't receive any tracking info but got the rears the next day (friday) and then the fronts with the splitter came on Thursday of the following week. My splitter came with all hardware and all packaging was great.

I then about a month later ordered another boss 302 splitter. After a week of not hearing anything and no delivery I contacted them and they said they shipped it out and would check on tracking. I didn't hear anything back for about two weeks and after multiple email attempts I filed a paypal dispute that was closed within two days with the $ back to my account.

I then ordered the splitter from Steve at Towsley Ford and received in a few days. Price was slightly more but service is 10x better. This splitter however did come with the bag of hardware ripped so all the screws etc were just rattling around in the box. Everything was there though and nothing was damaged.

Based on my two orders it seems either hit or miss but with the negative feedback I have seen I can tell you I won't order from them again.
