Brembos and 2012 California Special wheels

Can anyone tell me if the brembo brake package will fit with the factory 2012 California special wheels? I want to add Brembos but don't know if I have to get new wheels too.
Thanks, Mike

I'm pretty sure the CS wheels will not clear the Brembos - that was the case on earlier cars when you couldn't order the Brembo package on a CS. I'm sure someone will chime in soon to confirm or correct me.

They will but you have to get spacers before they will fit.

I would not recommend using wheel spacers for daily duty. If you are going to go with Brembos, get a wheel that is engineered to fit properly. Mustangs aren't light cars and the Brembo brakes have serious stopping power.

Thanks guys. I wouldn't use spacers. I'll just have to wait until I find a wheel I want.

I am selling my stockers, but I'm also waiting for *official* warm weather here that is snow free to swap wheels.

You know a properly fitted hubcentric spacer should have no isses. In fact several OEM cars come with spacers that include both Porsche and BMW.

This is a true story. Much of the misinformation regarding spacers is veiled around internet myths. Incorrect matching of spacers on a vehicle and user installation error are the two most common reasons for hub/bearing failure.
