He's running spacers. Those wheels would have similar offsets and backspacing to S197 Mustang wheels, and pretty much every other American car that uses 5x114 wheels these days. Fusion/Edge/Escape/Flex/Taurus/Explorer/Mustang pretty much all have similar offset/backspaced wheels.

Wait, Dodge rims fit on a Ford? I thought the lug pattern would be different.

 

I believe the Viper lug pattern is like 5x112, and I've heard that the difference is negligible enough that 114.3's and 112's are interchangeable. That being said, that sounds like a seriously jankity setup. I'm assuming those who have put Mopar rims on Mustangs have used a lug adapter.

 

They're replica wheels for the Charger/Chally guys. Those cars use 5x114.
