20" rear wheel offset question

Hello, I'm wondering if a 20x10 wheel with a 38mm offset will fit properly on an '11 GT? I know it's not optimal but was hoping it would fall within the range of "acceptable fit". Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Finally about to get some rims...

It will extend an additional 8mm over wheels I feel are as far out as you want to go.

Essque, I know you've got your answer already so I hope you dont mind me hi-jacking your thread. I used the calculator as well and I'm looking to do a 20x9 +12 offset wheel in the back of a 2011 GT... I know its pretty aggressive, especially since I plan on substantially lowering the car. but with a 255/35... anyone think I have a shot in hell of making these fit?

In a word? No. Those will stick WAY too far out for your car.

I'd like to have 315/35/20 on the rear. Anyone know what offset I would need, or if it is even possible so my car wouldn't look like a dune buggy?

The picture below has 315/35-20s on it and i love it. Those are 11" wide wheels with 59mm of offset.
