what gears should i get on my v6 14

All I have right now is magnaflow comp axlebacks, bbk tb, and afraid cai. I just ordered sx4 bamatuner.. so next is the gears.. but Idk which gears.. it is a daily driver and I deliver for jimmy John's durning the day 4 days a week for atleast 3hrs a day.. I really thinking on the 3.73 but Idk any input would be greatly helpful please!

If most of your driving is in town, 3.73's should be fine. If you do a lot of highway driving i would go with 3.31's or 3.55 gears. Just my opinion

Do you have automatic or manual?

I have a manual trans with the factory upgrade 3.31 gear...it's worlds better than the 2.73 stock gear but I feel it could have a little more bite. With the manual trans I think the 3.55 would be great - I do a bit of highway driving and I think the shorter gear is worth the trade off.

If you're running an automatic trans I suggest a 3.73.

It sounds like you have a pretty good mod list so far! Post up some pictures of your Sixxer. We would love to check it out!

Delivering for Jimmy John's is really cool! The customers are going to need their orders quickly so I would definitely get a pretty aggressive gear in there, haha.

It sounds like you're on the right track, though. I would recommend going with the Ford Racing 3.73 Gears. That is the best option for the amount of driving you'll be doing. It won't kill your gas mileage but will still give you the extra push you're after! I run 3.73's in my 2011 GT and love them.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance.

-Dan

OP, listen to Dan he will not steer you wrong. I have a automatic and had installed 3:73 gears and love them. The off line acceleration is great now and far superior to my previous factory 2:73 gears.

That's a bit high for my area but I guess every state and area is different. I paid just under $ 300 for my gear install and live in the state of Maryland.

I'm guessing 280 rwhp.

I would say not 295-300 rwhp and that's based on my mods and Dyno numbers. My bama tune Dyno at 294 rwhp and my mods are the following:

91 bama hybrid tune
Airraid CAI
BBK long tube headers
BBK off road x pipe.
3:73 gears
One piece aluminum driveshaft.
