Switched from 87 Street tune to 93 Race and no go...

So I had been driving for a few months with BAMA's 93 Race tune when I got to Massachusetts. Everything worked great, got some data logs in and everything.

I went back to an 87 tune for the winter. Didn't feel the need to have all that power with snow on the ground. So again everything ran fine and good. I even purchased a Mega Air Spacer, added a little bit of down low grunt but it was hard to notice it due to my 17" wheels and snow tires.

Anyway fast forward 3 months and today I decided to swap back to the previous 93 race tune had before and now it keeps throwing a code P061B along with a wrench. It's some "Internal Torque Control Module Performance" something like that. Only thing I can come up with is that it doesn't like the mega air spacer i installed. Everything else is the same.
I also cleaned the TB and checked to make sure everything was snug. I tried both the Datalogged Race tune and the standard BAMA 93 Race tune. Both through a wrench and CEL. I have since gone back to the 87 Street tune and its working just fine again.

Any thoughts?

I'd try the following: Reload 93 tune with the spacer removed. If that checks out, try the spacer. If that causes a failure, you know its the spacer. If it works, perhaps the previous 93 load just didn't transfer over correctly.

Ok, so I removed the spacer and nothing. same issue. BUT I did find out something I didnt previously know. The grommet on my CAI filter was torn a bit. I had it in my back seat and I think a screwdriver must have put a hole in it. Anyway I switched to the tune with my stock airbox and it works just fine now. So problem solved. check ALL aspects of your intake system starting with simple and easy to more complicated, cause it could always just be a simple easy to fix issue.
Thanks for the helpful ideas guys.

Also, be careful cleaning the throttle body! They are coated, so you should not use any aggressive cleaning agent.

Ok, so after trying every combination one day i just installed the CAI without the TB spacer and it worked. Yet it wouldnt work for a few days with ANY tune. Canned BAMA 91 Race (while using 93 gas) nor the 93 race tune that was datalogged just a few months prior. Must have been the gas. I hear winter gas is dillutted with antifreeze or something so it effects the over all octane rating? I have no clue. Point it it works now. Going to install the TB spacer soon to see if it will work.
