Loud pipes 3.7
I had an axle back muffler delete made today - 3.5" diameter 18" long rolled edge angle cut polished stainless tips bolted in place of the stock mufflers. It is very loud, typical plop plop plop plop plop thing going on, we shall see. I like it, I liked these setups more five years ago...I can always bolt the stock stuff back on
The stock mufflers must weigh 50 pounds EACH

Straight pipes and Roush sound very close to one another. Pipes have a little more popping and Roush is a little higher pitched in the high rpms.
I have Roush and wouldn't even think of getting anything else!

Do you know if the gt500s are similar? Bc I had to take off my roush bc of my parents but I still want it to be loud at WOT

Well that was fun for a while, recently the drone and the vibration was making me feel like I was going to puke, so the mufflers went back on. These cars are too smooth and refined to go without mufflers. V8 might be another story. V6 is just loud in the wrong way

The gT500 should be a lot less loud. I've heard it's got a similar sound to the flowmasters. You the guy selling his Roush axel backs in Carmel Valley?
