Clanking noise when turning steering wheel

Hey guys, so I just installed a set of SR springs with camber bolts and PHB on my 14' with at 1500 miles. Its been a week and I just heard clanking noises while turning/parking. Its mostly noticeable in the parking lot/low speed. I'm new to Mustangs and suspension, so any help to what is happening is appreciated.

There is a bulletin out there for faulty control arm bushings, it could be that. Or maybe you didn't install the springs or camber bolts correctly. Can you take it back to a shop, or did you do the install yourself?
