Tape player
RU serious? if this is technology you're worrying about, you probably don't want to delve into the scary world of engine management, trans logic, traction control, body control modules, ABS, computer controlled lighting, etc. that populate a modern can and go find yourself a nice 1978 Chevy Malibu to tool around in.
I got a bleeding edge solution to your problem attached, no need to make up tapes anymore....

I'm not talking in getting the old old fashion stuff.
I just like how my truck is set up, 6 cd changer but still has the cassette.
I much prefer the sound of vinyl over digital and tape. However, vinyl warps and scratches over time and tapes stretch and break over time. Digital is much more durable and compact, plus the sound quality doesn't degrade after repeated use. I bring my iPod with me when I drive loaded with hundreds of my favorite songs, old and new, and I never have to flip it over from side to side.
