Stage 1 of my Budget Build

I made this thread because I m pretty proud of what I accomplished to do on my 2012 pw mustang gt A6 with the budget I had.

Performance Mods:
GT500 ABs - $200 (craigslist)
SCT Tuner - $200 (craigslist)
C&L Custom Tunes - $110 (C&L Performance)
C&L cai - $125 (craigslist)

Exterior Mods:
Smoked Taillight Covers & Blackout Decklid Cover - $60 (craigslist)
Black OEM lip spoiler - $100 (craigslist)
Smoked Foglight covers - $35 (amazon)
Custom Hood Spear Decals - $23 (ebay)

Total=$853

These mods have transfored my cars performance and appearance significantly and I couldn't be happier.

I know this thread is nothing without pics so I will update asap tmw.

I live down in south Texas. I just was checking local craigslist's ads everyday, within a 200 mile radius. A couple of times I had to wire money to a friend or sibling in those cities, to make the exchanges for me lol. I even had to pass on some items because of money or decided to hold off. For example, I was going to get some rims and tires off this guy that where very similar to RTRs and were like new with the tires at 85% at worse but decided to pass because I really didnt have money at the time. Also just this past week a guy on craigslist in my city was selling a brand new Boss 302 manifold for $400, and I was going to pull the trigger; but I decided I wanted to get some 3.73 gears and LCAs instead. I was informed that the manifold was for more top end power and I wouldnt feel it in my DD. so I decided to get some acceleration and the power I have now more to ground. Besides those mods, the other mods I m thinking of getting next for the exterior is a gloss black roof and/or boss lower front fascia/body color painted lower valences.

Here are the pics I promised. It was hard to be able to notice the fog light covers, but it gives the grill a boss type feel.

Thanks, I really think the gloss black roof is going to be the " icing on the cake." My wife even said, "Maybe you should get the black roof already" ......Probably because I just bought her the purse she's been wanting (which I also got on a bargain) lol
