I'm getting ready to add a bunch of upgrades to the new 5.0 !! I'm looking at also adding the Steeda Billet Water Pump Pulley and the Steeda Billet Idler and Tensioner Pulley kit. I have never installed Pulley's on my vehicles before. Will I get allot of benefits from them? Or is this a waste of money? Thanks for any information everyone.

They will be more for show, then performance. If you like the way they look and want to dress up the engine bay, then get them for that reason.

 

The way this engine bay is configured I doubt if anyone would notice them unless you pointed them out.

 

When designed properly, and purchased to match your setup, pulley systems can add a great deal of performance to your ride. Again, that's assuming they're setup properly.
