Power diff between catless x-pipe and high flow cat x-pipe

I can't decide on catless or one with high flow cat and am curious as to the diff in power gains between the two?

Also I was thinking of maybe getting the JBA xpipe as I can swap in the catless down pipe or the stock cat, but I would still have stock headers. How much of a power gain is there between stock headers and LTs?

Thanks,
Chris

It's been discussed before that the stock cats flow really well. I believe I heard a 4-5hp difference between cat'd and delete pipe, which in a 3600+ lbs. car isn't noticeable. Better to spend your money elsewhere.
